The V belt 90A smooth reinforced kevlar with top cover rubber, PU, PVC FDA is a white, 90 Sh.A hardness, smooth-surfaced, Kevlar-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) V-belt available with a honeycomb rubber, PU, or PVC top coating.
It is part of the FDA-certified Belting Skill range.
The combination of Kevlar reinforcement and top cover allows for a solution suitable for applications requiring reliability, dimensional accuracy and specific surface characteristics. The top coating allows you to customize the belt’s behavior based on the product’s transportation and handling needs, while FDA certification makes it suitable for applications requiring materials that meet specific food industry requirements.
The range is available in profiles A (13×8 mm), B (17×11 mm) and C (22×14 mm), with dimensional and performance characteristics varying according to the selected section and the coating material. The hardness tolerance is ± 3 Sh.A.
