The V belt 85A smooth with top cover rubber, PU, PVC is an orange, 85 Sh.A hardness, smooth-surfaced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) V-belt available with a honeycomb rubber, PU, or PVC top coating.
It is part of the Belting Skill V-belt range without reinforcement and is also available with FDA certification.
The honeycomb top cover allows you to customize the surface characteristics of the belt depending on the application, offering different solutions in terms of contact and product movement. This configuration is indicated for applications requiring reliability, dimensional accuracy and a specific coated surface.
The range is available in profiles A (13×8 mm), B (17×11 mm) and C (22×14 mm), with dimensional and performance characteristics varying according to the selected section and the coating material. The hardness tolerance is ± 3 Sh.A.
