The Ridge V BELT 85A SMOOTH is a transparent, 85 Sh.A hardness, smooth-surfaced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) ridge V-belt.
It is part of the Belting Skill V-belt range without reinforcement and is also available with FDA certification.
The ridge configuration is indicated for applications requiring reliability, dimensional accuracy, and specific belt geometry. It can be used in handling systems, start/stop lines and packaging machines.
The range is available in profiles B (17×20 mm) and C (22×25 mm), with dimensional and performance characteristics varying according to the selected section. The hardness tolerance is ± 3 Sh.A.
