The FLAT COVER 55A / 70A Ribbed is a PU coating with a ruled finish, available in 55 or 70 Sh.A hardness and red or clear color.
It can be applied to toothed belts by extrusion.
It is designed to modify the surface properties of the belt, particularly in terms of friction coefficient, resistance to water, abrasion and oils.
The range is available with a width of 100 mm and thicknesses of 3.5 mm and 6.5 mm. The working temperature indicated is -20 °C / +80 °C, with friction coefficient 0.6 and hardness tolerance ± 3 ShA.
