The K – PU85 NOTCHED GUIDES SERIES comprises serrated thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) guides with a hardness of 85 ± 5 Sh.A, designed for centering and guiding conveyor belts.
They can be applied by high frequency welding or hot air welding.
Available in several colors, including petroleum green, blue, white, black, green and transparent, the PU85 NOTCHED guides are offered in various sizes, from 6×4 mm to 22×14 mm, with weight and minimum winding diameters varying according to the selected section.
The blue and white versions are available with FDA certification. The technical characteristics indicated derive from tests carried out in the laboratory at +23 °C and 50% relative humidity; verification of the suitability of the product for the specific application remains the responsibility of the end user.
