Thermoplastic profile extrusion (PVC and polyurethane)

We manufacture extruded profiles from thermoplastic materials using a process focused on quality and precision. Extrusion is performed using modern dies and can include product customisation according to the application.

The service includes:

  • Extrusion of custom-designed profiles
  • A wide range of colours based on Pantone or RAL references or a supplied sample
  • Technical support to define the solution best suited to specific requirements

Compound development and plastic material selection

The compound is the starting point of the production process: we support customers in selecting the most suitable plastic material and, when necessary, developing a formulation tailored to the application.
