Material selection is a key element in the development of extruded profiles. The materials used include:
Heat-weldable round belts supplied by the metre or as closed loops in predefined lengths

What information do you need to get started?
A dimensioned drawing or sample, details about the application (industry/production line), operating conditions (friction, oils, contact with metals, etc.) and the component’s intended purpose.
Do you manufacture custom-designed profiles?
Yes: we develop profiles based on a drawing or sample, including a technical feasibility assessment and recommendations for the most suitable material and compound.
Do you handle the development of extrusion dies?
Yes: when required, we can produce new extrusion dies, including design and technical consultancy.
What materials do you process for extrusion?
We process a variety of compounds, including TPU, flexible PVC, PVC/PU blends, rubber blends and additive-enhanced materials (antistatic/conductive).
Can you produce profiles in specific colours?
Yes, we can produce a wide range of colours based on Pantone or RAL references or a supplied sample, depending on your requirements.
Are your profiles suitable for applications involving oils or abrasion?
Some compounds are suitable for technical profiles exposed to oils, metals and high levels of friction during processing; the most suitable option is selected according to the application.
Do you have food-grade certifications?
Documentation relating to food-contact certifications is available for certain product lines and products (e.g. FDA compliance is specified in some data sheets). Availability must be verified for each individual product or project.
